BeeClip EDU is a new "web 2.0" site I've covered in the past and am really impressed with. This is a wonderful free site for students to create online digital scrapbooks. These scrapbooks are simple to create w/ BC's drag-n-drop interface and beautiful in design. A student can add anything they like to their book such as: text, images, video, etc. Plus, students can share, collaborate, and comment on others work.
