PageFin

PageFin is a simple and easy site to use to create a free web page in seconds.  A user doesn't have to register and everything is drag-n-drop w/ the ability to add text, images, and video.  Once a page is created it can be shared via a unique URL that is generated.

Check This is a site that I just found out about from Free Technology 4 Teachers, for creating simple web pages.  This is a very simple site to use that reminds me a bit of Loose Leaves or Scriffon.  A user can add: text, videos, photos, or backgrounds.  Once a page is done, all a user has to do is share the unique URL that is generated.

Pen.io

Pen.io is a simple site for creating a text based web page. A user just has to name a page and create a password to start creating their page. I think this would be a great idea to teach younger kids how to create online content in an easy way.
