Book Creator Creativity Update

Book Creator is one of education's leading learning tool for creating beautiful looking eBooks and digital stories recently released their latest Creativity Update.  This update includes AutoDraw, Magic Ink, new pen styles, emojis, and more.

AutoDraw is very convenient for those that struggle w/ art or drawing.  AutoDraw lets a user start drawing then fill in the rest to help them create their idea.

Magic Ink is a great tool which lets users create beautiful looking pictures or word art w/ a vast array of different templates (i.e. rainbow, grids, etc.).

Recently, Book Creator released some updates that now has their innovative app available for Safari instead of just Chrome.  This makes it easy for all those Apple users to use Book Creator over the web on their default browser.

Also, teachers now have the option to turn off student editing which is ideal when they give students a set due date and don't want them working on their project after the hand-in date.

Raz-Kids

Raz-Kids is a site that I found out about from my son's KDG class.  This is a great site for interactive eBooks that kids can read along w/ at their own pace.  Also, at the end of each book they can either take an online quiz or print out worksheets that go along w/ it.  There is a paid teacher portal where they can get a class account.
