TutorEye is an excellent/affordable site for those looking to become an online tutor or those students looking for one. TutorEye has tutors for any subject, are available everyday of the week (year round), and has state of the art homework help that breaks down how each problem is solved.
TutorBin is an excellent online tutoring site that helps students looking for: homework help, essay writing, lab work, and more. Best of all, tutoring can be done live and online or by uploading files and then waiting back for solutions and detailed problem walkthroughs.
Online tutoring/teaching is a nice way for educators to earn some extra money doing what they love to from the comfort of their own home and setting their own schedule. Plus, students should love the ability to view and choose courses that work for them.
Studydraft is an excellent site for online tutoring. The way this works is an educator can place a bid on a student's order and then the student can select the tutor of their choosing. A student can check the tutor's background, reviews, and more to find what best meets their needs. This is a great place to find homework help and learn any number of subjects.
BitDegree is a nice site for online tutoring where students can go to find a tutor on a wide range of subjects (i.e. programming/coding, etc). Also, this is a great place for educators looking to earn some extra income by becoming an online tutor.

OneClass has a simple to use polished interface that makes it easy for students looking for help in any number of subjects by a wide variety of resources. Finally, OneClass recently released a new feature called, "Homework Help" that lets students get detailed step-by-step solutions from experts in their field.

Student Lance is a site for online tutoring that I just found out about from one of my readers. This is a nice site that allows for students to post requests/questions for problems in subjects they are looking for help in. Tutors/teachers can then answer these requests and even charge how much it 
Jukeboxlessons is a new site for online learning/tutoring. The way this works is a educator can sign up to teach any subject/lesson and charge what they want. Students then can browse and find what they want to learn from educators around the world. This is all done either through Skype or Google Hangouts.
Universal Tutors is a new (beta) site for students or educators to find or become a tutor. There are lots of sites that offer this but what I like about UT is that the online environment allows for audio/video chat, instant messaging, and an interactive whiteboard w/ the Wolfram Alpha equation engine built in (ideal for math equations).
Eduwizards is a new site for finding online tutors. This is a done by basing tutors on reviews by students. Also, there is a nice interactive whiteboard as well audio technology for tutors/students to use when interacting w/ each other.
Nerdi is a new (beta) site for online teaching/tutoring. This is a great place for educators to tutor others on subjects that they are experts on. An educator sets their own price and uploads any tutorials/materials they have. Once this is done, others can then sign up to learn these topics and learn at their own pace.
