iCyte
iCyte is a wonderful site for bookmarking and annotating web sites. Also, a user can save a site that is no longer active on the web, comment on them, and then send it to others or embed in their site.

I agree, iCyte is a great bookmarking site. I like the fact that you can even have an email sent when you bookmark. You can take a look at one of my projects--broadly named Web 2.0 at http://ow.ly/2IkPu
