Jawoco is a new search engine that I found out about from Larry Ferlazzo's wonderful blog. This is an engine that you can search through video, images, or academia (which I believe search educational sites). Another nice feature is that it return results w/ a thumbnail image as well as a description.I recommend checking out Jawoco by clicking here!!
