ShowMe is an excellent free mobile (iOS, Android, Chromebook) app for creating beautiful looking screencasts, or "flipping" a lesson/classroom. ShowMe provides an interactive whiteboard to allow educators or students to create lessons, presentations, etc. while recording and narrating their own voiceover.
