eNotes

eNotes is a wonderful site/iOS app for students looking for homework help and much much more.  Enote is a one-stop-shop for educators looking for educational resources, lesson plans, and even quizzes while students can use eNotes as the "ultimate" cliff notes for study guides on 1000's of pieces of literature.  Also, students can ask questions to get answers from real educators or even browse through a vast library of already answered ones.

Studytracks

Studytracks is a innovative new (to the US) mobile (iOS/Google) app that is ideal for studying MS/HS students.  The way this works is through "catchy" music/soundtracks where students can learn from 45 subjects (i.e. Math, Chemistry, etc.) through over 1300 tracks.  Also, through the web platform educators can assign homework to create tests and playlists and even track/assess student progress making it ideal for differentiating instruction.

Below is a demo...

Study3

Study3 is a new free site for creating online flashcards to help a student study.  Study3 has a very user-friendly interface and uses time spaced repetition to help users learn.  Also, a user can import cards from Quizlet or even export them into notes.  Hopefully, more features are still to come as Study3 is still relatively new, such as the ability to add images, etc.

eVersity

eVersity is a new site for students to collaborate and find answers on their questions.  This is done in a similar way as a social network works, where users have access to an online calendar, to-do list, and forum to ask/answer questions.  This is geared more towards higher education but I can see it being used in a HS setting as well.

Memorize

Memorize is a great site for studying and learning in a variety of different ways. This is done by creating pages through the use of a handy wizard, then studying them through different methods (visualize, memory, etc.) and finally sharing w/ others via a unique URL.

Study Egg

Study Egg is a new (beta) site that is geared towards students to help learn a given topic. This is done by creating a "egg" which can contain, text, images, links, etc. To make an egg is simple enough and is like creating a document/flash card. Also, there are pre-made eggs that users can browse through to learn a subject.
