Post-it Plus is a neat little free iOS app that's been getting quite a bit of press online (iPad Apps for Schools) lately. This cool app lets a user snap a pic of their paper post-it notes and then turn them digital. Once they are uploaded to the iOS device they can be organized/tagged and shared w/ others.
